Description
I have up for bid a beautiful vintage blue rhinestone with a glass cabochon Rare Hobe' brooch, Hula Girl/Hula Dancer Hobe' Brooch). It is signed on the back with the oval Copyright Hobe' mark. The Hula Girl brooch has gorgeous two tone color blue rhinestones, that are prong set, a blue glass cabochon, one beautiful light blue large pear shape, and one small pear shape rhinestone for her hand and upper torso. She has lots of small two tone rhinestones for her her hair, arm and dress. She is dancing with a pink flower in her mouth, (a small pink rhinestone with metal silver tone petals). She has light blue rhinestones that dangles for her hair on the side of her head. The bottom of her dress is loose and also dangles. She measures approx. 2 1/2" long, and widest area at her hips is 1 1/2" wide. There is a pen and clasp on back, pen looks a little bent, clasp works great. There are a few of the small light blue rhinestones located on her dress, (the part that dangles), looks a little darker, otherwise great condition, with no stones missing.
