It is called ESPANA as described in COPPER ART JEWELRY by Burkholz and Kaplan. It is a cuff bracelet so it can be adjusted to fit different size wrists. The blue enamel parts are attached to the body of the necklace with copper prongs at the top and the bottom. The background enamel looks either black of very dark navy depending on the light. It is 7/8 " wide.Condition: Excellent. The enamel is intact and clean. There is minor scratching around the signature and the the inside part of the opening.
