I am thinking late 1930's or early 1940's before high end costume jewelry switched to sterling. The metal looks to be rhodium covered base metal. It is a very well made substantial brooch with a lot of detail. There are rhinestones even at the bottoms of the flower stems !!! It looks like a Coro but it is not marked.Everything on this brooch looks to be original. I don't see any touch up of the enamel and all the rhinestones appear to be original. There are two hairline cracks on the lower moon glow stone. This is visible only under magnification. The back is in good shape with the pin back working perfectly. The blue you see on the back is a reflection. The metal is smooth rhodium.  3' tall and 2" wide.Please review the pictures and feel free to ask questions. I am happy to combine shipping charges.
