artcollaging Store Vintage 2-Strand Murano Fab Art Glass Necklace ITEM DESCRIPTION: Most of the jewelry we have listed is in very good to excellent condition. We will specify any major flaws in the description (missing stones etc). Please keep in mind that unless otherwise stated, these are used items. We have taken many photos so you can see the condition and all the details. Please look carefully at photos before emailing us for additional measurements. We have a lot of items listed and may not be able to get you the info in a timely manner (but we’ll try :) Any additional items shown in photos such as clothing and accessories, etc are listed separately and not included with this auction.  You are bidding on a lovely 2-strand art glass necklace, adjustable, see photos for more details.  Payment must be received within 3 days of auction end. Please go through ebay checkout even if you are paying by MO, so we will know your payment is coming. We will leave negative feedback for non-paying bidders after 10 days and item will be relisted. We also file a non-paying bidder complaint with ebay after 10 days time, so please do not bid if you do not intend to pay. If you have less than 20 feedbacks or if you have negative feedbacks, please contact us prior to bidding or we reserve the right to cancel bids. All sales are final. If you are the winning bidder, we will leave you positive feedback as soon as you do same. US S & H is as listed, insurance is additional based on final price and is optional for most items. We package everything very carefully, and are not responsible for any damage occuring while in transit, however, we will assist you in filing an insurance claim should any damage occur. Contact us before bidding if you are an international bidder. We can ship internationally, but we cannot insure international parcels. We usually ship within 5 business days, but occasionally may take up to 10 for larger items, breakable items, or if we have many items ending at the same time. We print labels online so you will get a shipping notification when your item ships. We do combine shipping, which should be calculated automatically when you check out, or you can request a total from us through ebay after the auctions end. We typically charge highest shipping and then discount additional items 50%. If you are buying 4 items or more, we will discount shipping some more, please request total thoug ebay if that is the case. If you are an international bidder, DO NOT pay domestic rates and expect us to ship your item, your payment will be refunded and we will then invoice you correctly. It will only delay the shipment of your item(s). Also, shipping charges are clearly stated, so do not contact us at auction end asking for other shipping methods or lower shipping. If you do not agree with the shipping, then please do not bid. Sales are final, however we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us right away. We want all our buyers to be happy with their items; and we will do our best to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and work with you if there is a problem. Shipping is non-refundable.  We try to be as accurate as possible in our descriptions, and do our best to answer any questions. If we make a factual mistake in our description, we will gladly accept a return. Please read: Our items are usually vintage/used and we cannot guarantee that they originally came from a pet free or smoke free home, so please bid accordingly if you have allergies or are hypersensitive. We have been the victims increasingly lately of buyer fraud. We will no longer tolerate it. Examples of buyer fraud are as follows: 1. Buyer does not select to pay for insurance, item is damaged by post office during shipping, and tries to return item or get refund. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE USPS, and if you do not purchase insurance, we will not be held responsible. 2. Buyer gets item, contacts us 6 weeks later to say that it is defective and wants to return it. If you have had six weeks to wear it, use it, or damage it, we will absolutely not take a return or issue a refund. If we missed something, contact us within three days after receiving your item and we will of course take care of it. 3. Buyer looks for tiny flaws on items that are clearly listed as used or vintage and tries to get money back by threatening us with negative feedback. We are well established and honest sellers, and will not be blackmailed this way. WE DO RECIPROCATE FEEDBACK. 4. Buyer has buyer's remorse and finds outlandish reasons (eg "the color of item was not accurate on my monitor") to return item or damages item to claim it was defective. We will not stand for this either. 5. Buyer claims it does not fit. We have measurement listed, if not, ASK QUESTIONS before bidding. We do not take returns because something does not fit. 6. Buyer buys brand name item, then purchases cheap knockoff, tries to return item (the fake one of course). We take very detailed pictures of our items and will not stand for this either. We will file fraud charges if needed. If you have any issues with the item you receive, please contact us right away and we will do our very best to fix it. As you can see from our profile, we have many satisfied and returning customers. While most of our buyers are wonderful people and honest ebayers, the bulk of our problems have been with ebay newbies who have little or no feedback. We also have some great ebayers who are fairly new and do ebay credit with prompt payment and friendly communications. However, if you have never purchased from us and your rating is less than 20, or you have ANY negative feedback, please contact us before bidding, or we reserve the right to cancel bids. We also will not be taking returns or issuing refunds, partial or otherwise to anyone with less than 100 positive feedbacks, except returning buyers. We wish it hadn't come to that, but we have had issues of buyer fraud almost twice a week from new ebayers in the past couple of months, and just won't tolerate it any more. If you do not agree with those terms, please don't bid.If you need to contact us for any reason, PLEASE DO SO THROUGH EBAY. Due to the increasingly large number of spam and fraudulent emails sent to our email address, we can only answer mails through ebay. If you have questions, we will respond promptly usually within 24-48 hours.
