If she had contacted me , she would have found I am perfectly reasonable, and would have refunded her her money without any fuss at all, yet she did not, and now my feedback went from 100 % to what it is now, which is proposterous to me, considering nuetral by definition means nuetral. since this occured I do my research on my bidders, If it looks like a bidder leaves unfair marks, or too much bad feedback, I will block them from bidding on my Items.
