It is Boucher’s circular brooch with a ribbing design going around and leading to a buckle design consisting of blue baguette crystals locking into clear crystals. It has matching clip-back earrings. Both the brooch and the earrings are signed “Boucher.” This set is most likely from the 50s and made with a gold-tone metal. The brooch measures 1-1/4”. The earrings are ¾” long.
