Bring romance and luxury with you wherever you go, wearing this Miriam Haskell rhinestone and faux pearl floral brooch. All the rhinestones are a beautiful deep cobalt blue color glass and prong-set. The actual color is a little more cobalt-purple than the color in the photograph. The two large outer rhinestones are smooth cabochons. The rest are faceted glass. There are several plastic simulated pearl threaded beads throughout, and a ring of small simulated pearls encircling the large center stone. The 3” wide goldtone setting is distinctively floral with a variety of ornate flowers and leaves in glorious patterns. The back is ornate and detailed also, but with a Victorian style. However, this brooch is not Victorian, and I’m not sure of the exact age. Visible at the bottom is the MIRIAM HASKELL signature in an oval. The pin back works fine and holds strong. This brooch is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, missing pieces or repairs. The faux pearls and rhinestones are free of any scrapes or scratches.
