The rows measure in all – 17 ½”, 18 ½” and 19 ½”.  The necklace is signed Trifari on the hook clasp. The matching clip earrings are round and have a honey cabochon in the centre surrounded by spiky goldtone.  They measure 1” and are signed Crown Trifari on the clips.  There is no copyright mark so the set dates to pre. 1955 when it was first introduced. It is a lovely set in excellent vintage condition, and the translucent honey beads really glow in the light.   PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING:                                         Never be afraid of being overcharged on postage because I do not do that, and always refund the difference if I over-estimate the packed weight. In fact, because of the exchange rate, I am actually charging less than the actual amount, making up the difference myself.  The airmail rate is that quoted by La Poste and is very reasonable. I take great care with good packing in new jewellery boxes, and clear printed labelling to ensure safe delivery. Please note I am not liable for loss or damage in transit. When an item leaves here it is in the condition described in the auction details and shown in the photographs. Each item is checked before and during packing. Buyers are mailed when their item has been posted, and a Proof of Postage receipt is always obtained. Insurance is not offered as the cost is prohibitive, but special items can be sent Recorded Delivery at the buyer’s request for an extra charge.   I will pack two auctions together (won over a period of THREE days) if I can, but it is more important to ensure maximum protection and security for the items.  Particularly special, large or delicate pieces are posted separately. A set is always posted on its own.
