Antique SEED PEARL & ENAMEL NECKLACE, 18K GOLD (3R23) Start Price USD 750.00 Current Price USD 750.00 Time Left - Bid Count 0 Buy It Now Price - Reserve Price - Start Time Wednesday, November 26, 2008 End Time Friday, December 26, 2008 Location Wynnewood, PA See more about 'Antique SEED PEARL & ENAMEL NECKLACE, 18K GOLD (3R23)' Description This is an exquisite antique Necklace; European in origin and dating to the 19th Century.  The ornate antique Necklace has an 18K Gold Seed Pearl Pendant and Chain with touchs of Enamel in the center of the Pendant.  Very unusual piece and remarkable workmanship.  Festive and beautiful.  The Seed Pearl and Gold link Chain measures 20" long; the Seed Pearls run throughout length of the chain.  The Gold, Seed Pearl and Enamel Pendant is quite large, measuring 1 3/4" x 1 1/4" and is decorated with a scroll-like open-work design, Enamel center and Seed Pearls.   Exceptionall y beautiful piece, both front and back.   Marked 750 (European mark for 18K Gold) and also another mark that we can not decipher and too small to photograph.  Shows very well in the photos and even prettier and more detailed in person!  Do note that one gold scroll is missing and some of the scrolls have minor damage.  Under a magnification,we noted some Seed Pearls are missing, though not noticable in the overall effect of this ornate piece!   One must be forgiving for 19th Century jewelry of this nature.   To view all photos, scroll all the way across and down.     For payment we prefer PayPal (with confirmed address), though we also accept money orders, personal checks in U.S. dollars, Visa and MasterCard.  See Payment details for more information.  Pennsylvania residents add 6% sales tax.
